How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply select the package price on the Gig you're interested in. You'll have the opportunity to customize your order to your specific needs, including adding extra services or adjusting the quantity. After you've fine-tuned your order, select 'Order now' to proceed to payment, where you can review your order summary and enter any discount codes. Confirm your details and click 'confirm & pay' to finalize.
What are Gig Packages?
Packages are different offerings that you can choose which suits your needs and budget. Different packages offer different deliverables, turnaround times, and price points to provide flexible options to you.
What are Gig Extras?
Gig Extras are additional services provided by sellers that you can add to your purchase for an enhanced experience or outcome. They come at an extra cost set by the seller and can range from expedited delivery to a more premium service offering.
How do custom offers work?
Sellers can send you a custom offer or quote directly. You will see a button to accept the offer, which, upon payment, will create a new order page specifically for that custom service.

What payment methods are available on the mobile app?
When using our mobile app, you can complete your purchase through various payment methods:

How do I redeem a Promo Code?
If you have a Promo Code, you can apply it during the checkout process. There will be an option to enter your code before the final confirmation of your purchase. Ensure that you apply it before completing the payment to benefit from the promotion.
How can I add feedback for a service I purchased?
Once your order is completed:
- Sign in to your account and select 'Orders' from the top menu.
- Go to Completed orders tab.
- Click the 'Rate ' button at the top of order details to leave your feedback.
Do I have the intellectual property rights for the work delivered to me?
Yes, upon delivery and full payment of the Gig, you are granted all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, for the work received from the seller. Sellers relinquish any moral rights as part of this transaction. Please note that this transfer of rights is contingent upon full payment for the service provided. For a detailed explanation regarding the ownership of delivered materials, refer to the Ownership section in our Terms of Service.
What qualifies as 'commercial use' of a service?
'Commercial use' refers to any work delivered by a seller that you plan to use for business-related purposes that are intended for profit. Ensuring you have the appropriate commercial rights is crucial for services like logos, as it allows for trademark registration and legal use in business. Always check the service's License Details to confirm you're obtaining the necessary rights.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, we recommend first reaching out to your seller via the Resolution Center to resolve any issues. If a mutual agreement can't be reached, you can follow the procedure for cancellation outlined in the 'resolving issues with an order' section of our help center.
Will I get a full refund ?
Yes, if your order is eligible for a refund, Piktal will return the entire sum to your account balance. Should you prefer the refund to be processed back to your PayPal or credit card, you can submit a request for this form of reimbursement through our refund process.
